Officially approved on the 23d of November, 1912.
Badge is a gold wreath of laurel and oak branches completed by the gold Imperial crown, falling gold ribbons with dates “1777” and “1877” and silver numeral “100”. Inside of the wreath there is St. George’s ribbon with laid on combined silver cyphers of the Empress Katherine II and the Emperor Alexander II. On the wreath branches there are cyphers of the Emperors Paul I, Alexander I, Alexander II and Nicholas I. Beneath is black Caucasus cross.
