Officially approved on the 12th of July, 1911.
Badge is an equilateral cross covered with black enamel. In the center of the cross there is green medallion with gold wreath and gold cypher of the Emperor Nicholas II. Between rays there are gold cyphers of the Emperors Alexander I, Nicholas I, Alexander II and Alexander III completed by the gold Imperial crown. On the horizontal rays there are gold dates “1811” and “1911”.
