Officially approved on the 8th of March, 1912.
Badge is a silver wreath of laurel and oak branches completed by the gold Imperial crown and falling silver ribbons. Silver oxidized double-headed eagle is on the wreath. Beneath are gold cyphers of the Emperors Paul I and Nicholas II and gold Roman numeral “C”. At the bottom part of the wreath there is entwined with silver ribbon dated “1796 29/XI 1896”.
