Officially approved on the 9th of November, 1911.
Badge is a gold Maltese cross covered with red enamel. On the vertical rays of the cross there are silver double-headed eagle completed by the gold Imperial crown and gold cyphers of the Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II. On the horizontal rays of the cross there are gold dates “1811” and “1911”. In the center of the cross there is white enamel disk.
