Officially approved on the 22nd of August, 1910.
Badge is St. George’s cross. On the vertical rays of the cross there are gold cyphers of the Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II. On the horizontal rays of the cross there are gold inscriptions. In the center of the cross there is gold wreath of laurel and oak branches completed by the gold Imperial crown. Inside of the wreath there is double-headed eagle with raised wing. In the eagle’s claws there are gold arrows.
