Officially approved on the 27th of June, 1912.
Badge is a silver double-headed eagle completed by the gold Imperial crown with falling blue enamel ribbon. On the eagle’s chest there is white Maltese cross that is red enameled shield. On the eagle’s wings there are gold cyphers of the Emperors Paul I and Nicholas II. On the eagle’s tail there is gold numeral “100”. Inside the badge there are two white enamel inscribed rhombs.
