Officially approved on the 8th of December, 1910.
Badge is a wreath of laurel and oak branches completed by the gold Imperial crown with blue enamel inscribed ribbons. Silver oxidized double-headed eagle with combined gold cyphers of the Emperors Peter I and Nicholas II is on the eagle’s chest. Gold Roman numeral “CC” is above the eagle. In the lower part of the wreath are combined colours with jubilee dates “1711” and “1911”.
