Officially approved on the 8th of March, 1912.
Badge is a gold semi-wreath of laurel and oak branches completed by the gold Imperial crown. Falling gold St. George’s ribbons with gold inscription are dated “1811” and “1911”. Inside of the wreath there is Russian coat of arms band from left and right with colours. Beneath the eagle there is gold coat of arms of town Bendery with three laid on gold shield with coat of arms of towns Paris, Kyiv and coat of arms of Turkey.
